The Shy Chef lives and cooks in the heart of Berlin, in the famous, bohemian district of Kreuzberg – a colourful, multi-cultural, vibrant part of the city, filled with flea markets, bars, tiny coffee houses and huge parks.
The beautiful, well-preserved local area is filled with cozy cafes and trendy bars, for those who would like to continue their evening after finishing their delicious meal.
The actual dinner location is housed in a residential building erected in 1888, a prime example of Berlin’s beautiful ‘Grunderzeit’ architecture – a very typical ‘Berlin’ building!
The exact location of The Shy Chef will be revealed to you when you’ve made your booking. And if you are new to Berlin, don’t worry – we will give you detailed instructions on how to get here.
See you for dinner!

I spend a fair amount of time reading blogs to get an idea for what people are passionate about. Life is too short as the saying goes… So I just wanted to tell you that you’re doing a great job!
About what I do, I work for Viking River Cruises, which offers European river cruises among other vacation destinations. Since the material on your site compliments what we do, let me know if you would be open to working out a strategic partnership with us.
If you need some help with writing, ideas, or anything else feel free to shoot me an email. Our staff at VRC will do our best to accommodate our partners.
Best regards,
